I have been eating dairy/eggs/fish, but have been cutting back. Would love to talk about it. We eat vegan a lot of the time - so I have a couple of good recipes.

1300 calories just isn't enough food. Change your weekly goal and it is so much easier to meet the targets and still lose weight. if you want to lose weight faster - maybe try working out a few times a week and not adding any food those days? Also, I made a great vegan pumpkin pie for thanksgiving this year and I made this cake for my daughter's first birthday without dairy (but with eggs) - the rolled icing and topping are marzipan, the "butter"cream icing is a mix of nature balance and shortening.

I don't have the same story, but I did start running (many years ago). I started out going for fifteen minutes at a slow pace. No particular pace, just at my own pace.
