At the hyvee in Wisconsin, USA they are 5.99 a pint. I won't complain anymore! I don't mind the stevia flavor so it's all good for me. Oatmeal cookie really tastes like an oatmeal cookie. Crazy.

A soup with lots of veggies. Costco has a vegetable barley that is 80 cals a cup and it's great. Stir fry with lots of cabbage...you can be really satisfied on that.

Love it! I have a little every night and it makes me feel like I'm indulging but I still stay under my cals. My absolute favorite is peanut butter.

I am 5'8 and my allowance is 1600 cals. I started 25 days ago and have lost 5 lbs. Not too shabby. I just need patience and consistency!

I like italian sausage with onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook that together and then add a bag of cabbage slaw and let it cook down. Really low cal and carb. If you want it to go a little further you can add some cooked quinoa. It's like a meaty stir fry.
