Hi there. I am about 70 lbs overweight but would like to start a family. I’m hoping to lose about 40 lbs before we start trying. Has anyone lost a significant amount of weight before getting pregnant and then been able to keep it off?

Hey all. So when the scale isn't moving I know it's good to check your measurements. Because inches lost are a definite success. Does anyone know if MFP has an area too log your inches? If so where and how? Thanks!
Right now I have simply been doing MFP and staying within my caloric goal without doing much working out. The scale has moved a little bit but I feel like I look different. Is it possible to have lost inches without working out? Does just the eating portion change your body composition? Thanks!
