Why dont you invest in a fitbit or a garmin? Helps you estimate how much cals ur burning :)

I mean its not that bad because I watch tv while I do it but still gets boring after a while My goal : just maintain my weight and get better at yoga

I have a fitbit Aria and it does some crazy stuff as well ! Sometime I lose 3 lbs after a weekend of binging and gain 5 lbs after 5 days in a deficit! Im thinking of ditching the scale completely

I feel you ! Already had parties last weekend Now I have a huge 4 course dinner on xmas eve , a huge christmas lunch on xmas day and another lunch on boxing day. Then another dinner on nye and another lunch on new years day !

Just make up for it the next day ! Or eat only snacks during the day so that you save up the calories Are all people who go out and enjoy pizza overweight? No. So how come they can do it and you cant? You just have to find a way which works for you!

Yes , i totally agree. But I said that because I had an eating disorder and dont want anyone to go through the same But I did mention that you should be aware.of your weight , calories etc. However , if you gain a pound you should simply reduce your calories until it goes down instead of making a big deal out of it :) !
