Haha I agree that clean eating was not the right term , however I am no expert and I believe that this community is here to help. So I am sorry for making a mistake and using a wrong word. Thank you everyone for your help :) !

By clean diet , I mean meeting your macros . As currently I ignore macros and only look at calories.
-
I know a lot of people who are naturally thin . My cousin was always slim and I always wondered 'how?' As we always ate the same together ! However I used to empty my plate in 3 minutes AND ask for more and she used to take 15 minutes and only eat half her plate Also , she does not eat main course AND dessert. Its either…

Yes ! I mean one of the main reasons why people are obese is because they do not control portions ! If you eat slowly and enjoy what you are eating , you will realize that small servings are enough
-
Why do you need a cheat day?? Eat what you desire everyday within your calories
-
Awesome ! Thanks
-
Thank you all guys :) ! Im so relieved because I found this routine very good for maintaining and really do not wish to change it !
-
So even to maintain my current weight , I must change my workout routine every couple of months?
-
Sorry to ask you but im really curious. So if I've been working out on the elliptical for a long time for the same amount of time , will I eventually start burning less calories? Im asking cause I found your answer very interesting.
-
Well obviously I can but I find it extremely painful and have to stop after I do about 15
-
I guess I find them too hard ! I know that the progress you see with lifting is amazing but I've tried it several times and found it way too hard especially because my legs are so weak and I cant even do a bodyweight squat :(
-
Same here ! I now weigh 110 , feel amazing and very comfortable and people are still telling me that 110 is too low for me !

95% do not keep it off because they follow restrictive diets and do not know that losing weight is all about calories. They deprive themselves off certain foods while dieting because they think that all it takes to lose weight is eating healthy , and when they lose the weight they start to eat even more due to this…

Exercising per se is not a punishment. I workout for 45 mins everyday as well. For me , its a punishment when you eat a slice of cake and instead of enjoying it , you start feeling guilty and go workout for an extra two hours to make up for it. If you are happy going out and drinking water then yes , I agree that you…

So most of the people who go out and eat and have fun every weekend are overweight ?
-
Exercising to burn off calories is not really a disorder BUT if you eat something and then feel guilty AND force yourself to exercise to remove your guilt , then you are just punishing yourself. Enjoy to freakin cheesecake and make up for it by reducing your calories by 200 for the next 2-3 days. Seriously , whats the big…

You didn't ask for help but we were offering to help you find a solution and do the same as us instead of being envious

Hello :) ! First of all , I am not a personal trainer or anything so I am sorry if I am going to say something which is not quite right. I do yoga too and use the elliptical for 45 minutes almost everyday. I also want to tone my body but I hate lifting. So for my core , I started doing pilates and it is definetly working !…

Personally , I tried 2 different types of pills and gained weight so I guess that is not actually a myth but still
-
Yep , I agree with you 100%
-
Meaning...?
-
I just put some hot chocolate powder
-
Out of curiosity, how much calories can you have everyday and what are your goals?
-
yes exactly :) I used to do 45 mins all at once but I just get way too tired and bored. I found it much more convenient to just do 3 15 min sessions oh thats good ! Do you still take them for walks in min 30's??
-
Oh it sure is :)
-
I enjoy the elliptical as well , as I watch movies while I work out and split in 15 mins sections. ( morning , afternoon and evening ). However , when its sunny outside , I do like to walk my dog as well . If I were you , I would do 15 minutes on the elliptical twice a day and see how I feel :)
-
Mine has about 2000 calories and I still manage to fit it in my weekly calories. Its totally doable.
-
I think you are eating way too little for the amount of calories you are burning I had the same problem as you. I used to feel drained after working out . I simply upped my calories from 1400 to 1500 and I was fine. Try increasing your calories by 100 everyday and see how it goes Or just limit your cardio to 30 mins brisk…

Do you have an idea of how many calories you burn while doing cardio? And whats your height and weight?
