Just ate all my calories on McDonalds and chocolate yesterday. No regrets :) In fact,tonight I'll be having pizza night and cake ! I dont care if its healthy or not just as long as it fits my calories and I enjoy eating it. Life is too short to eat food you dont like.

This is soo true ! In fact , if I am being honest , I was afraid to try it out because to me it seemed absurd and too easy that I could eat anything as long as I burn more calories than I lose. Its a shame people lack this knowledge !

Yes I have no problem with eating bread but my point is that mislabelling caused me to gain weight

I doubt it. Im very strict with my calories ! Its not my fault but theirs , because they mislabbeled it. But yes , you are right :) I wont stress to much either :) will probably eat in a slight deficit for a week or 2 and thats it :)

I've been eating the bread for more than 2 weeks but during these 2 weeks , i ate a lot more of it and also gained weight . But yeah , it does sound impossible , you are right ! But still , my point is thag mislabeling sucks !

Thats why I ate a lot of it ! Cause I was like '' BREAD ? ONLY 65 CALORIES PER 2 SLICE ? '' and obviously I liked the idea !

Okay , you guys have a good point. Maybe it is not 100% safe and I should not have said anything since I am not a runner and I have never actually done a marathon :/ I apologize ! But my point was that no one should give up on something they truly want

I have been using it for months and lost my weight thanks to it ! I have been maintaining my weight for months as well and relying on it completely so yes , it does work :)
