I like to juice vegetables. Should I count them as my carb intake or it doesn't matter? Some people say count them other say if you can't lose weight with eating veggies it's something wrong with you lol...help

So I wouldn't need to track carbs and fat? Just stay in a deficit and track protein intake?

Yes I'm lifting weight and I'm in a deficit if I calculated it correctly. It's so many different ways I researched online. But I used (body weight)x15. To find my maintenance calories then lowered it by 600 to creat the deficit. Is that correct? I'm not to sure honestly lol.
