Run_fit the average man burns around 1800 calories a day so yes your body will. That amount of calories you won't meet your nutritional needs so I would recommend 850 a day.0

A month to answer and it's to tell someone they will go into starvation mode. I don't know what you've been studying for 5 years, but it ain't science.
And seriously, the people asking questions - do you even ask check someone is qualified or has the first clue before asking them for advice?5 -

I don't think anyone should take advice as truth...its advice, its an opinion, we should all do research on things we read, see and hear. I don't mind the discussion I just think the negative comments are funny. I never said I was an expert on anything so you can take the advice or leave it...but thanks for the comment bro!0 -

I like to juice vegetables. Should I count them as my carb intake or it doesn't matter? Some people say count them other say if you can't lose weight with eating veggies it's something wrong with you lol...help0
