I have a goal to do 60 miles a month. haven't made it yet, but willing to try. Starting in Feb.

This is great. September 2017 I got the idea for a 60 mile walking goal for the month. (extra walking in). I have not made it yet, but every month I try. So I put in for February 60 miles.

I cut up berries and put in small containers in freezer. Currently I have some blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. One day I add to oatmeal, another to cottage cheese, and one day to yogurt. A donut is fine. Next time just have half. Then after that just a bite. SMALL BABY STEPS..... I wanted an oatmeal cookie, but I cut it in half. I ate it slowly and enjoyed it.

I am trying to reduce sugar intake. MFP really keeps me accountable. It's a nice day, so going for a walk at lunch.
