Good luck! Not a mother (obviously haha), but I'd imagine it can be extra tough to stay motivated when taking care of kids too. Just get into logging everyday no matter how well you do, and staying active in the community/joining a group/adding friends will help you stay accountable.

340 calories isn't a bad breakfast, but yeah I understand how hard it is to break chocolate addiction. Six months ago I was literally eating 5+ (and that was a good day) of those mini-version candy bars a day, it was disgusting. It's definitely a major reason for my weight, and why my molars are in awful condition. The…

My aunt, who is just a year or two younger than you, managed to lose a good 50 pounds over a year. You can definitely do it, good luck!

Nice job! It can be hard to stay in control for four months. Keep it up, and don't let any slowdowns put you off from your goal.

Way to go! I'm in the same situation, lost about 50 pounds five years ago but just stopped caring. I didn't really gain my weight back, but it kind of depresses me to think how much I could have lost lol. It's great that you have a really supportive fiancé, I bet you'll be able to stick with it. Good luck!

Losing all of that weight takes a ton of effort and determination, so you should be proud about that! As for the rest of the weight, I have no clue. I've heard the final few pounds are tough and I've never been low enough to have to deal with that. I suppose just continue to stick with it and remember how far you've come.…

I think, like everyone else has said, the most important thing is to just keep with it even if you have a day where you mess up. I'm new too, I went from about 300-250 lbs five years ago and now I'm trying to restart that. Just updating the app daily and not lying to yourself while trying trying to meet your goal should…

Sorry, I don't do anything intense haha. I have these really cheesy Walk Away the Pounds videos on VHS and DVD that I've been doing daily for a month (I was a complete couch potato before) with some five pound dumbbells. I'd imagine this is beginner-friendly, not sure what someone who is probably more in shape like you…
