I downloaded the app forever ago and just never did anything with it.. well now I'm looking to lose a good 85 pounds so getting back into this. Any support or tips are appreciated. I really want to be healthier so I can get out and hike like I enjoy without being winded and tired all the time, maybe even be able to get on a a normal bike lol

Normal clothes, normal sleep, no more snoring, normal cholesterol, normal blood pressure, normal weight. That's what happened to me and I am in the best shape of my life. This site really worked for me. All you need to do is get started and commit to a lifestyle change, Its not about dieting anymore.1

I think, like everyone else has said, the most important thing is to just keep with it even if you have a day where you mess up. I'm new too, I went from about 300-250 lbs five years ago and now I'm trying to restart that. Just updating the app daily and not lying to yourself while trying trying to meet your goal should help a ton. I really wish I hadn't given up a few years ago, so that's really the best tip I can give you lol: Stick with it even if you mess up.1
