What a great attitude!! I'm rooting for you! You've got this, it's a lifestyle change for sure!
-
And that's fabulous it's what works for you! I love diet pop as I drink one occasionally for the caffeine-no calories! Works for me!

Honestly, when it comes to mental issues that you haven't been able to overcome by yourself, my first thought is therapy. If you can afford it and find someone you jibe with it does a world of good.
-
You're lucky! I work in jobs and family services/child support so it's what I see everyday all day :(

There's nothing I can't give up, I choose to not to give up anything.

Inspiring!

I've also found that a post someone else may find rude, not rude at all. It would help if people didn't interject their own feelings to posts and assume to know the intention or the tone by the writer.

Or if you were, you may want to do a little more research on IF before beginning. There are lots of people here who do IF and many threads on the topic.
-
You weren't describing IF though.
-
No, I don't think you were being insensitive. You're allowed to have your own thoughts and opinions of your own body. Anything they think of themselves from comments you made about you is just a projection of how they really feel about their own bodies.

People use social media to humble brag all over the place, so glad I don't have Facebook.

They all do. I don't buy it anymore, I prefer real ice cream. When I did try all of them though I would let it sit out and melt a little bit before eating it and then it had more of a ice cream texture to me!

I had the HR charge and kept having issues (even after fitbit sent me a new one). Bought myself the blaze for Christmas, love it and have had no issues whatsoever! But like another poster- I really want the apple watch :)

Moderation is key for me in regards to food and alcohol.
-
No, it is not the sugar that is making people fat, it's the amount of calories in food and portion sizes of food they're eating that is making them fat.

OH EM GEE. I LOVE RU and I say that to all my single friends who get pessimistic and down all the time! OP- I'm 31 and single. I've been in LTRs over the years, been engaged, and been single-the grass is always greener, my friend.
-
The last two years I had the HR charge and since December I've had the blaze and for me they've both been accurate.

I may not see a loss for a couple weeks. I'm set at .5 per week since I'm 5'2 and don't have much to lose.
-
Sorry @christine_72 I was using a general you in my post. Frustration isn't directed towards you and I apologize if it came across that way.
-
I know lots of people who you'd have to pry coffee form their cold dead hands and could never snd will never go a day without it. I don't get all the hoopla over pop. *kitten* drink it or don't, who the *kitten* cares?
-
No, I never feel guilty after eating. I don't "cheat". If I want something bad enough I'll find a way to fit it into my day.
-
Fair enough, happens to all of us!
-
You say this but your post up above you refer to girls you ran with as "little toothpick shaped high school runners" and "it seemed so many other people my age were toothpicks"...to me, that's not a compliment and is more in the bashing category.
-
How many calories are you eating a day, OP?
-
I was kidding! I figured that poster was too. At least I hope she was :#
-
That's because one whole cabbage is 14k calories.
-
You bet, especially fruit!

If you can, I'd say working out. It doesn't matter my size, when I'm working out consistently I'm so much happier with my body and with myself. I'd also suggest therapy if it's an option since you've been different weights and unhappy at them all. Good luck! ETA: spelling :#
-
Sorry you're getting so much *kitten* for this. I actually completely agree with you and appreciate your perspective!
-
YES!! I love Philosophy Amazing Grace, I use the lotion too!
