i guess I, going to have to try different things. I'm used to eating the same amount of calories every single day but maybe I should try the other way just to see if it does make me feel stronger? I definitely know that working out doesn't make me hungrier usually unless it's heavy cardio which I won't be doing

Okay great! Thanks I'm going to try that out. I'm used to eating the same amount of calories no matter if I'm training or not but I've never tried any other way. I always would just up my overall calories and work out 5 days a week. I'll experiment. Thanks!

Is there actually a reason to do this other than because you may be more hungry? In the end, wood it be the same to just eat at maintenance every day whether I train or not or is there a reason that it makes sense for muscle building to structure it in this way?

Do I eat back excercise calories? Half? What do you guys think? Or just eat at maintenance.

I had periods where i wouldn't lose for two weeks or something or I'd be losing really slow but it's been pretty good other than that

Cutting all refined sugars also helped me lose over 20 pounds. My diary is open!!

I'm 5"8, 133ish, and size 4 usually. I don't see what's wrong with that. I mean there was times where I was thin from unhealthy means, but right now I'm lean from a healthy diet. That's a good thing. :) you're goal weight if perfectly fine.

I'm starting to feel better so hopefully my body is fighting it off on its own pretty quickly. I rarely get sick for more then two days :)

Thanks this is all super helpful! I did have some ginger kombucha because fizzy ginger drinks are usually soothing for my tummy. I've actualy read that it's better for digestion. I only eat twice a day and I've lost a lot of weight this way

Zucchinis, mushrooms, kale, sweet potatoes, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, parsley, and some kind of soup. I eat the same things everyday lol

Cheese was my most addictive food before going vegan. I loved cheese crackers and mac and cheese lol. Mayo too! It's literally addictive

I have to only buy the frozen ones cause the good fresh ones I could honestly eat 3000 cals a day of just mangos. And I can neither afford that monetarily or calorically

Omg yeah nuts! They make me break out otherwise I'd struggle with the. S hard and I eat tons of veggies and cherry tomatoes everyday lol. Check my diary! It's always tons of veggies and cherry tomatoes lol

And yeah I've lost over 25 pounds on a healthy vegan diet but you got to make sure it's a healthy whole food diet and not a junk food vegan diet :) cause you can definitely still gain weight as a vegan if you're eating alll processed food. My diary is open btw

OMG yeah PB2 is huge for me too. I also like it better than peanut butter. I make it kind of funny and use the it as a sauce. It's so good on roasted sweet potato!

I get like that with this chocolate chai tea. It says zero calories but I'm skeptical that it must have some and I can easily drink 10 bags a day lol

Yeah, berrries are great! Filling and low cal. I try to eat them with my other sweeter fruit. When I do have cake though, which is rare because I have bad will power so I avoid it, I just eat a *kitten* ton of cake lol! And I make it myself so I know exactly how bad it is for me lol. Which is pretty bad... oh well...…
