Get in the best shape I've ever been in by my 30th birthday, which is in August 2017! I'm a single parent of 3, but I also work a 40 hr work week and I'm also a full time student in college and still find the time to work out! You got this girl, no more excuses!

Carbs are important for your body as your body uses these foods to make glucose, the main energy source of the body. What I suggest is carb cycling. Alternate low-carb days with high carb days. That way on your high carb days you can still enjoy things like whole wheat bread and brown rice!
