Strava is a good running app, let’s u compare to other runners in ur area that do ur routes and ur previous runs. Massively good for me as the direct comparison with myself helps encourage me

I was very happy, Im 5’9”ish and went from 198lb to 172lb with loads of resistance work so I was nice. I got glandular fever 6months later and put it all back (+14lb) on tho

I use High5 Zero electrolyte tablets, all the ones I’ve tried taste nice, they’re all 0 carb and they do ones with added caffeine. I don’t know if they help much with my performance but they’ve stopped me having post gym headaches

I’m fully aware of how *kitten* up this is and that it doesn’t work that way but when I watch documentaries or read stories about people with anorexia I feel jealous at their control with food.

I’m keto, my meals mostly are omelette or scrambled egg with chorizo or a spicy broccoli soup for lunch and dinners I tend to have bolognese with cauliflower, Egg fried (cauli)rice, beef stirfry, Thai green curry or beef crackslaw. I have a black coffee with MCT oil for breakfast if I feel I need it. I lost 17lb then…

16lb I had an all inclusive holiday in the summer tho and gained 6lb but lost that again. I keep plateauing :(

Iv had a 1200kcal deficit each day for the past week then last night I ate 3 chocolate bars a bag of chips and 6 pints of cider. I feel guilty now

I have quite bad social anxiety otherwise I’d use one of the personal trainers there. I’m more wandering if I’ll burn enough calories with what I’m doing.

I hate when I have my BMI checked, granted I am over weight now but when I was at the top end of what my bmi says is a healthy (160lb ish) I looked ill I wasn’t so boney

Start 212 Current 196 Goal 176 Iv been plateaued for weeks now but Iv just re joined the gym going twice a day 5 days a week. 4lb down this week

I eat a ketogenic diet so strictly low carb. I have omelette, scrambled egg with chorizo, coconut & cauliflower soup or a spicy broccoli soup or just left overs from my evening meal the night before (usually meat and green veg)

I go 5 days a week but twice a day. I find I fall off the wagon diet wise when I don’t go the gym.
