Sticking to calories after exercise
Hi, I need some advice on helping me stick to my calorie limit. I’m 30 F, 5’9” 199lb with a goal of 172lb. I’m 3 months in and I walk between 6-10km every day and do 90-120minutes of resistance work in the gym 3-4 times a week.
