I find eating stuff that’s highish in gross carbs but high in fibre helps me energy wise before exercise. Iv just started c25k at the same time as starting keto and this has helped me a lot. Sometimes working out fasted is better too as fat can make me feel sluggish.

It’s in just over 10 weeks time, I did a 5k run/walk today in 41 minutes. I’m not really that bothered about how long it takes me but I do want to get as close to being able to run it all as I can.

Don’t have sweet stuff in ur home. To stop the craving tho I either go to bed or if it’s still quite early have low carb jelly/hot chocolate. I ging cutting to a super low carb diet helps reduce my sweet tooth tho as it’s like crack to me so I’m best avoiding it at all!

I lost 55lb in 3 months, but put it back on when I had my son. I was short tempered and had no energy for the first 2 months and it took a long time for my skin to catch up and now I still can’t eat the food I was using during that time an that was 10years ago. I wouldn’t recommend it

When I was a uk size 10 (I’m 5’9”) and had visible abs and my hips stuck out I was told I still needed to lose a stone because even if my measurements seemed healthy I couldn’t be because my bmi said so

And I’ve lost nothing in this time. Clothes fit better tho and I’m seeing much better muscle definition so I know my gym visits are making a difference to me just nothing at all to the scale. If I was closer to my goal I wouldn’t mind but I’m still so far off

Iv set mfp to ‘lightly active’ and it allows me 1360kcal a day for losing 2lb a week. I log my exercise intending to eat back those cals but struggle not going over.

I know how you feel. About 10 years ago I lost 4st in 12 weeks and now that I’m trying to lose weight in a healthier way it feels like it’s not happening. I’m having trouble losing at all this time tho Iv noticed a difference in my composition.

I’m 5’8.5”, I’m 197lb and my goal is 172lb, which is about a uk12 for me. Iv been down to a size 6 before, I find when I start to get skinny (a 10 for me) I start to get a bit hooked on the feeling and it gets to be a problem.

I was watching calories. I weighed everything I ate and logged it. According to the weight analysis machine in my gym 10lb of the weight loss was fat. And Iv not gained any weight back since stopping.

I found it easier to stick to the strictness of Keto than I do just trying to calorie control. I lost a stone in 3 weeks but then completely stalled and couldn’t lose any more (even over 3 months). Iv come off it now and gone back to eating a normal diet but trying to stick to calories with exercise.

I see it as just because I don’t love my body doesn’t mean other larger woman shouldn’t love theirs. My body is personal to me, I think loads of woman look incredible with a bit of weight on them (it’s all about attitude and confidence) I just hate it on me.

I run first thing in the morning and If I’ve had so much as a coffee before I run I get an incredibly bad stitch. I don’t eat after until lunch time unless I’m starving then I’ll just have a banana
