  • How can you determine the appropriate calorie amount that is not too low so as to lose muscle along with fat? The recommended of 1750 for 1.5 lbs of loss and 1200 for 2 lbs a week are both hard for me to stay under most days. I'm too hungry!

  • Thanks Hearts and PoisonDartFrog! I am aiming for 195lbs, has been my goal since getting up to 235lbs. But I would be OK to be a little heavier if I had great definition in my mid section. I just want to not be embarrassed when I take my shirt off. ;-)
  • I recommend Therapeutic Soap by TheraTree, Tea Tree Mint, I found on Amazon after constant battle with some skin conditions I had on my back. I avoid any deodorant type soaps on these areas of my body as this seemed to make it worse.
