SW Rnd 205.6 8/26 8/27 8/28 8/29 8/30 9/1 9/2 9/3 I got back on track about 14 days ago... tracking, walking, gym... weight went up 2 lbs and have just gotten that back off, so hoping to get the scale to move this week!

Hoping to get back on track, so I went ahead and started this 10 day late! My focus the next few days will just be to start taking my food again, trying to get some waking in, and cutting back on my snacking. 8/10 weight is 205.9
