  • It started me with carbs as the highest, then protein and then fat. I don't want to have my carbs as my highest intake.   • I don't want to drop to 1200 because I know once I lose weight at a certain point I will have to change my calorie intake or up my exercise to continue losing weight and if I drop to 1200, I really won't have anywhere else to go in regards to dropping my calories. So I want to start at like 1500-1700 I guess?
