Exercise: yes. My b.f. & I went to a casino & we had tickets for a tournament in the evening. So was worried about my food, drink & exercise. However, we walked indoors for 50 minutes, I drank rum & diet (low calorie drink), & didn’t eat total junk. Calories within goal: yes Tracked: yes

Pass day 1. I went to a new restaurant for 2 tacos, but was hungry, so had the chips. The chips weren’t amazing & the pork was greasy; so definitely not worth going off my planned food. Good lesson.
