Thanks for a great support team. I normally don’t have time to socialize outside of my inner circle, So tonight taking time to accept an invitation from my neighbor. Also going for a walk in the rain with my boyfriend.

I went with friends to see the movie, Book Club. I feel blessed to have long term supportive friends. Also got my nails and hair done this week. However, feel unproductive because I got very little exercise in beyond a walk one day.

I didn’t do well on self care both Thursday and Friday; so ate junk to comfort myself when stressed. Luckily, every day is new, so went to the gym today and later going out with friends for play time.

Enjoyed walking with a friend along a wooded area with a pond. Love the sound of tree frogs and bull frogs.

Thanks for the great idea. Yesterday I went to sleep early, since I had less than 5 hours of sleep the two previous nights. Normally I would tough it out, and possibly make bad eating decisions. Today is time at the gym, and will try one new machine in the spirit of self care.

To Ver000nika: my trick is to plan ahead. For example: driving for a long trip leads to boredom, so pack veggie to snack on in the car. I check the menu online before meeting my friends for dinner, so I know the calories. I split up the food on my plate b4 eating, so I knew w what I’m taking hone with me. I try to keep…
