  • I was referring to the plank as additional solution as well as a controlled calorie diet. I guess The reason most of us are here. I guess I should have mentioned that rather than assume you already knew.
  • Best way to lose love handles quick is to do the plank. Google it. Start 1 minute a day then increase to 3 minutes if you can. Great for lots of muscles and also core exercise. I have a 6 pack at 50 years old doing this for 3 months. Results are quick nothing else beats it. I am a fitness instructor. Good luck
  • I eat 1000 to 1200 Calories for the last 3 weeks. Started at 14st 6lbs today I am 13st 6lbs. I take the dog for a 20 minute walk every day and train work out once a week.
