I would suggest treamil in walking on incline or do stairs at home. That's what i did. The treamil slowly increasing inclined until I was able to do highest of 45 minutes. Your endurance will increase. O got myself that fitbit. It tracks your steps and distance. Now I walk all day long whereas before i was constantly sitting. Hope you feel better
