Oh my gosh. This. 100 times over. I have lost over 113 pounds and then over time and circumstances I gained it all back. I can *hear* the looks. I swear I *hear* it. It has really made it difficult to try again because I feel like I already know what will happen...

Yeah, I tend to set pretty big "mini" goals mostly because I have soo much to lose. hahah If I rewarded myself every 10 pounds that would be a lot of rewards! lol

Thanks for the advice!! I know for me the hardest part is the maintaining. I know I can lose weight. That is the easy part for me. I always struggle with maintaining what I've lost.
