Weigh before or after cooking?
I have these Denver Steaks in my freezer. It says a 4oz portion is 230 calories. Does that mean weigh out 4 oz raw, then I cook it or cook the steaks and then weigh out 4 oz of cooked steak? The label doesn't specify.
