Also did some meal prepping. Low Cal veggie soup with ground chicken. 275 calories per bowl. I only took a picture of the pot though. Banana bread muffins. 148 calories each

Does Outback publish the nutrition facts for their meals? Try Google searching "Outback Steakhouse Nutrition Menu" and it should come up if they have one.

Hey everyone! Tried my burrito this morning and it ended up really soggy after reheating. I did add a couple pieces of diced tomato to the burritos but I can't imaging just a little tomato would cause that much liquid. I did use the Eggmates Egg substitute. Could that be the reason there was so much liquid?

Same for me. Calorie counting works for me. It always works. Its math and logic. If I know I have X number of calories a day, I naturally make healthier choices to make those calories go farther. Consume less calories per day than you're burning off and you will lose weight. And like Aubintex said, when I stop paying…
