Agree with this!...I've even actually allowed myself to be seen through the lense of a camera. My boss who rarely comes out of his office even noticed the difference and commented. Confidence is definitely up. Good job on all progress.

I had wondered the same thing so thanks for asking the question, and thanks for the answer. I've also noticed the data base is full of different 'options' to choose from, sometimes making it tedious. I can use this approach now and go at this better.

I was born in Munich, probably about 3 days after God made dirt...army brat...last time in Germany was '76. Next visit planned for two years from now...still have family there. And, go to Savannah, (Richland Hills area) on a regular basis.

Lost 34 pds before coming back to MFP due to illness...however... ---amazed at how much more room is in my dresser with smaller size clothes ---I take up less space in the mirror than before
