Hi I am new here and have started to lose - but I have way more than a 100 lbs to lose-I am also approaching 50-and I am going to college full time. Argh!!! I am down a little by making changes. Now I have decided to actually change my eating habits. Help this will be hard for me!

Changing habits is a great place to start! I have learned from my own experiences to start slow/small and get some daily wins. Changing too much at one time can be stressful which can lead to frustration which can lead to quitting too soon. Small daily wins and building good habits will eventually replace the bad habits. Good Luck!0

Ditto above. Small steps add up to big steps. It's the only way that works for me.0
