Squats either weighted or body weight if your in the gym then leg press and raises, crunches upper and lower leg raises but get your butt off the floor otherwise your only working the hip flexor oblique crunches or scissor kicks

I fast for about 6-8 hrs after I wake which is around d 6am then start eating light like fruit nuts berries, then have my large meal at dinner time,

I just have a black coffee no sugar, but you can use honey as a sweetener if you choose , as it takes a bit to get used to
