Not sure what work outs to do to tone legs and stomach while losing weight , I have a treadmill at home , any suggestions?

Squats either weighted or body weight if your in the gym then leg press and raises, crunches upper and lower leg raises but get your butt off the floor otherwise your only working the hip flexor oblique crunches or scissor kicks2
