If you drop 10lbs in 2 weeks it could very likely be water, etc rather than fat which is what we all want to lose. Be very careful with this amount of weight loss in such a short period of time. Stay happy and healthy :)

I reckon you can definitely do that. If you buy the same food products regularly, it's easier to track your food intake. Maybe add a low calorie dilute juice to your water for taste. Once you get into drinking at least 3 litres of water per day it's actually quite easy. Just little and often.
