I just got off of a two month bulking session. Gained 4 lbs. I was eating around 3500 calories a day so obviously I'm a hard gainer.

2 Peking duck eggs, ( 2x the amount of protein and essential vitamins found in chicken) and please don't waste that wonderful yolk, veggie omelette. Light on the cheese, usually feta.
