You could just be losing muscle doing it this way too, so if that's not your intent, be careful!

Setting that high of a weight loss goal can be overwhelming and seem almost impossible to do. Trust me, I know for a fact. Smaller goals will help you get to your bigger goal without overwhelming yourself, so why not start there? :) Feel free to add me, if you'd like!

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look more into this option. :) Although I have tried a basic form of calorie counting before, and, let's just say, it didn't go so well lol!
