JFT 7.1.19 Going on holiday today so the next few days will be a challenge! Drink water (2 litres a day) Log my food ( as best as I can while eating out) 10000 steps (even though I'm on holiday :smiley:

Just For Today Jan 5th, 2019 Drink 2 litres of water. Stay Green (always hard on the weekend) 10000 steps (also hard on weekends) STAY MOTIVATED :blush:

I prelog my food at the beginning of the day, or sometimes the night before. I work out Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and then I know how much I have for snacks. Exercising means I either have a treat or I am under for the day. I also found that I was starving for the first week of MFP but as I adjusted I now find what I eat…

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with turkey on toasted sandwich thins spread with ricotta. Lunch: Smoked chicken salad with balsamic dressing. Dinner: Chicken breast cooked in pasta sauce with potatoes, and steamed veg. Snacks: Fruit, popcorn, Going to fit some wine in there tonight too :)
