  • I have anxiety as well as bipolar disorder. Losing weight is hard for me because I stick to it for so long, then usually end up crashing and binging hard. Eating healthier foeds helps me with energy, and walking helps perk my mood a bit. You aren't alone in this. Feel free to add me if you'd like. Good luck!

I've been experimenting with little recipes tweaks-adding spinach to my mac n cheese (can't even taste it), switched my ranch to light ranch, watching what I eat and focusing on smaller portions.
