I've been very successful working out as late as 11pm. Not sure it matters. It's based on calories in vs calories used. Just don't let it interfere with your sleep. Not getting the sleep you need or the right kind of sleep will add on pounds.

Going old school on you but I love Tae Bo! I love Zumba too actually. I broke my tibia early this year and these give me a crazy sweat without going too high impact. Plus Tae Bo has many different workouts to focus on various parts of the body.

I'm a 47yr old cougar, so I have no problem going as young as 25. It all depends on the person's maturity level and what you want out of the relationship.

I hear my butt is my sexiest feature but if you ask me, I'd say my intelligence.

Jessiquoi, when I was at my highest weight, I had 100 to lose as well. My journey hasn't been constant and I was able to keep initial losses off. This is my renewed last push to get where I want to be. I know you can do it!!!
