YES. My miles are down, my times are down, takes longer to get warmed up, and if I sit too long then I get real stiff and sore. I was told a year ago that I’ll need a right knee replacement and that I won’t have enough time to finish my 50 state marathon goal. And I really like to sleep now,

I’m running through a beautiful park by a lake, there are maybe 75 or so people there. And an overwhelming most of them were completely engrossed to a phone held 12 inches from their nose. We all seem fixated on these damn things oblivious to the world and people around us.
