What if Dolly was unemployed and didn’t have a job working 9 to 5?

Today is also 5 years to the day I began exercising, dieting and losing weight. In that time I’ve ran over 45 marathons and 70 half marathons. But this medal represents finishing my first ever Ironman Triathlon 70.3 in Chattanooga TN.

The jersey post above triggered my obsession. Mostly Columbus Blue Jackets Game worn, a couple Cincinnati Reds.

I enjoy being fit and getting to run marathons and now Ironman events all over the United States. I’m working on running a marathon in every state.
