For the first time since high school (and I'm nearly 40!), I own some clothing that doesn't start with X or XX for the size. I'm most excited to have just invested in a new winter coat, size Large, since I'm feeling confident that I won't lots of extra space for backsliding.

I completed C25K today. Hadn't even run a mile since perhaps middle or high school (and I'm approaching 40). I may be slow...very slow...but at least I got it done! (My next goal is a SV...just 10 lbs to go before I hit 100 dropped...)

I don't do well in unplanned food settings. The work week is generally great -- I can plan ahead each meal, and I'm cheap, so I stick to it. But the weekends or buffet/potluck social gatherings...my inner "you must not waste food" beast goes crazy. I just don't know how to trust myself.
