I went camping this weekend and I had a huge ice cream cone yesterday. Didn’t get to weigh everything but I just kept logging my food as best I could with horrible service and tried to stay within my calorie limit and I still dropped the weight. So excited!

I went over one day and never full made up for it. First time I’ve done that so I’m disappointed but I have learned from it. Almost 1 pound loss is still a loss.

Total loss for July : Pretty much zero. Or is it 1.2 pounds? I guess it depends when the starting point is. I was down 3.6 pounds in June and 3.4 pounds in May. But I was up 2.0 pounds between May 31 and June 1. So I think I'm over-reporting my losses.
I attained my weight loss goal this month when I hit 144.8 and ultimately 144.2. As such, I moved from weight loss to weight maintenance and recomposition to metabolize a little more fat and build a little more lean mass.
I expect that this will be the last monthly weight loss challenge I participate in. I am going to start doing monthly MAINTENANCE challenges, like this one.

Busy week, I nearly forgot to check in! Seeing small progress, finally got my average into the 202s, albeit barely.. Saw 2 new daily lows in one week. That hasn't happened in forever. I am happy with that.

Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

Well...I'm not sure what happened. I ate late (10pm) last Wednesday but before and after that, my diet was normal with a bit of light cardio and light strength training (Tuesday and Thursday evenings).
