My best advice my friend is to literally keep it SIMPLE!! Meaning focus on the foods you like and buy fresh and frozen. Pick fav seasonings and prepare in non_stick pan. Exercise with bands or low weights daily, and share your journey with those who lift you up!! Blessings ✌
