What you're asking about is already done by millions of people. I've never gone raw and I wouldn't advise it. Some of the most beneficial foods are able to be absorbed through heat. It's up to you though, good luck! If you need any motivation or anything of that sort just add me :smile:

I always try to do low sets with high reps during weight loss. Just try to tone the muscle and not build it, however starting out you will build it. I'm active daily if you want some motivation, just add me. :smile:

Just started going vegan a few weeks ago. I've had slip ups with dairy here and there but I've been strict on not having meat. I don't think it will last forever, as I'm bound to have meat atleast once more before I die... But I'm definitely going to have a plant-based diet 99% of the time.

If you need to cut back before cutting out the caffeine, black coffee would be the way to go. It's actually healthy and you can slowly cut back on the caffeine.

Drinking water whenever you're hungry helps a ton. It just takes dedication to achieve your goals. I'll add you and give you some motivation whenever I see you post :smile:

If nothing else works then I would: 1. Logout of MFP then log back in and see if that fixes the issue 2. Restart your phone (really works sometimes) 3. Delete the app and add it back 4. Wait 24 hours to see if the issue is corrected 4. Contact their technical support if the issue has not been resolved within 24 hours

Interesting, how far would you go though? Once you add milk, sugar, creamer etc... Would you think otherwise?
