There’s a line dancing class starting in our village hall this afternoon. I have 0 coordination but I think it’ll be a good giggle and it’ll be good to be around people rather than working non stop home alone.

I walk and at the moment that’s all I do, 10,000 steps a day split into two daily walks. Getting outside clears my head I find :)

Thanks for all the comments on my Diet Coke consumption! I’ve always been a Diet Coke girl, I’ve got full blown diabetes so can’t touch regular stuff. It’s all linked to my sleep, a good night and I only have one can, a bad night and it’s 3 or 4 to get me through the day. I’m trying not to give myself a hard time over it…

I need to confess I’m failing miserably at cutting back to 1 Diet Coke a day. I think it was 4 cans yesterday and 3 today.

I was hypo (low blood sugars) about 4am. My husband was brilliant and just gave me sugar tablets, wrapped me up in blankets and didn’t let me eat the entire kitchen. 6 hours later I feel rough, sugars stabilised but I’m so goddamn cold with a pup that wants his first 5000 steps walk. I managed to get my protein points up to 77g today but still failing miserably at fibre on 11g. Will endeavour to do better tomorrow.

I didn’t move a lot this weekend, I actually fell asleep Saturday afternoon which is so unlike me! Got my crazy dog and we are going to get 10,000 steps every day this week.

I bought 2018 copy of Just Dance for the Switch, gees that’s a good aerobic exercise and I have zero coordination :smiley: SW 250.6 on 1st January 2020 CW 243.6 today on weigh in Wednesday Very happy! No alcohol continuing and 10,000 daily steps with the hound and striding it out for a better workout.

I keep trying to hide and not be noticed. I want my smile, the bounce and the confidence back. Oh and an ex once said that he “didn’t love my curves as much as he ought to”. He was a douche bag that I have nothing to do with any more but I want to feel hot, curvy and sexy again!

I walk my crazy dog the same route twice a day every day and I’ve noticed I’m walking faster and not dawdling round the path. It’s definitely more of a workout since recommitting to MFP in 2020.

I bought some “healthy” biscuits yesterday while I was racing round doing 100 things. I ate one. Previously it would have been the whole packet. I had a little word with myself and said I didn’t need another and dinner wouldn’t be too long and that was it :)

Mini mini goal is my work shirt to fit better. It fastens but doesn’t look great. My goal for end of June is to get my type 1 diabetes hba1c below 7%.

Hi all, first time in here for me. 43, end goal is 150 having started at 250.6 on 1st January. I seem to have quit booze too. Day/Weight/Comment 01/08 246.8 WTOM, got through it without a sugar fix (big win!). 01/09 246.0 I've got a load of stuff done for work, half way to step goal at the moment, taking doglet out again…

Hi, I’m a serial starter but hoping that a regular intake of antidepressants and cutting out alcohol is going to make all the difference. Can’t believe i last had a drink 2 weeks ago. I’m still undecided whether it’s a short, medium or long term thing rather than a glass of something every day.

235.8 today, the miniest micro goal is under 235, then 234.4 as that’s 10 pounds, 230.4 as that’s a stone and hopefully 230 by the end of July for 10 pounds off this month. Lots of little feel good markers.
