Hi, I started about 8 weeks with MFP, I'm set to lose 1 pound a week with calories of 1600 ish. I've a fitbit but generally try not to dip into exercise calories and the last 3 - 4 weeks I've started couch to 5k and stuck with it. Perfect 100 to lose
Hi, well it was 100, down to 87.8 since Christmas but you get the idea! I'm UK based, mainly calorie counting and trying to keep carbs lower (type 1 diabetic, some are needed!). Would love some more motivated, supportive friends and I'll pay it back in bucket loads! I'm 40 if age is a factor. Michelle x
