I still have my cereal too, but mainly as I'm breastfeeding so I usually have 500-800 calories left over and I don't want to effect my milk supply. The chocolate or crisps are just because I'm greedy :-)

Mine are 3, 21 months and 5 weeks. Add me!

Date: 02/01/2017 Starting weight: 132 Weekly weight: Goal weight: 112 Add me! Want to have friends with similar goals to me. Especially those who have young children!

I didn't realise I could change the calorie amount, so thank you, I've done that now.

I've gone through and separately added each -500 option, none re-add the calories at the top. It doesn't really matter, as I know to take them into account, it's just disheartening to see the little red numbers saying I've gone well over my calorie goal.

That's the one I've used, unless there's more than one -500 option. I will look now, thanks for your comments!

That's the one I have, but it doesn't re-add them at the top. For example, if I eat 400 calories then I have that taken off and it says I only have 900 left. I want the breastfeeding calories to be added so that I have 1400 left (minus the 400 calories I've eaten).

Mum of 3 here. I'm 5"1 and 31years old. I have 16-18lb to lose to get to pre-pregnancy weight, but ideally want to lose 22lb to get to before having child 1! Would love to have a UK base of support :-)

I've tried to do tho, the negative calories show up under the meal section, but are not re-added at the top. Any ideas?
