I have 15-20 total carbs per day. Exercise daily. No problem. I guess my point is minimum carbs is an interesting concept. Essential is to have sufficient protein, besides that, it's your choice.

What motivates (me) is desperation. I hit 360lb & I'm a 5'-8" male. I'm down to 316lb in 2-1/2 months. I've made a lifestyle change, not a diet. It's either this or die.
