Mug eggs. You can pretty much use anything that you want in it. Egg beaters, egg whites or an egg. Spray a mug with PAM. Beat your egg with a fork (or pour in your egg beaters/whites) Mix in any veggie, meat or cheese in any combination you like. Loosely cover with plastic wrap or a paper towel, and microwave for about 1…

Well done! From a fellow marcher in St Paul. [edited by staff] ................and a huge NSV for the OP. Congratulations to you!

212.5 Looking forward to being there, and hoping it is sooner than June. Maybe I am a tad optimistic.

Fitbit Charge HR. On 2/3/17 it will be 4 years that I have had a fit bit. I think it is extremely accurate for step based activities. A great motivator to get me to move more. Their customer service is fantastic! Love mine, or I would not have had one this long.

Well done! Your weight loss is very apparent and it looks like more than 15 pounds. Congratulations!
-
Well done! Keep it going! I too have been tracking since late December. It really is motivating to see the numbers going down on the scale, isn't it? The success stories here keep me going too, so thank you for posting! The very best luck to you!

Losing weight occurs from eating less calories than you burn. Just log everything you, drink, and the exercise you do. As long as you are at a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.
-
Do you still work with a PT? What advice does he/she give you about your concerns? You look amazing by the way!
-
Your stronger, healthier and feel better all good. Like the others said, you are probably eating at maintenance. Do you track all of your food and exercise? You are in a normal weight range, why do you want to lose weight? Sounds more like you want to tone areas.

I had a really good sandwich today. I used a packet of low sodium, water packed tuna, 1/2 TBSP of light miracle whip, mixed in the tuna and put it on a toasted Brownberry pocket thin. 180 calories.

Well, I have a lot to lose (about 80 pounds total) and I have really stuck to my calorie budget. I know it will slow down.
-
No, 3 weeks. I started 1/1/17

It has only been 3 weeks for me so far, but I am down 12-1/2 pounds. It has been kind of hard, but seeing the results helps. I have been limiting myself to 1 piece of dark chocolate each evening for staying with in my calorie goal for the day. I savor that little piece of chocolate, and really look forward to it.

There seems to be a lot of experts on MFP, ready to tell others what they should be doing, or what they are doing wrong. If that is what you want, great, go for it, and congratulations on being where you want to be. Some of us would be content with "just" a normal weight. There is nothing wrong with that. For many of us,…

I am making better choices and all foods that I like in moderation. Portion control is key.
-
It isn't easy at any age. It comes down to commitment and how badly you want to lose weight.
-
Should be mandatory reading for every MFP'er! Extremely well said!

Honest question, how do overconsumption of fats, or any other foods, work into this equation? I certainly don't know about anyone else, but I do know how I got to being obese, and that was by overconsumption of a lot of different foods, and sugar was not the main reason certainly. I was an equal opportunity overindulger, I…

Bottom line is, weight loss=eating less calories than you are burning. No matter how you get there, or what it is called, or how it is measured, you are not eating more calories than you are burning if you are losing weight.

I really like Maple Grove Farms raspberry vinaigrette, sugar free. It is only 5 calories for 2 TBSPS. I also like Wishbone fat free chunky blue cheese.
-
^^THIS! Too many calories leads to weight gain. That can be from any, or all, foods. Most people with no health limitations can probably lose weight through moderation of all foods, and not consuming more calories than they are burning.

Concentrate on the important thing right now, the health of you and your baby. Your doctor will monitor you. Your baby is growing and many women gain a lot of weight in the final trimester. You are doing great! In a couple of months your baby will be here and you will be able to lose weight. Hang in there! Congrats on the…

This is one of the truly, most inspirational posts I have read here. Thank you for posting! You look happy and beautiful! Congratulations!

Whatever you eat, and how you choose to get the weight off, and hopefully maintain the loss for life, the bottom line is: being at a normal weight, is better for you health than being overweight. It is each individuals choice, how we get there. Criticizing others for what you may consider unhealthy choices, really doesn't…
-
You can call it whatever you like, but the bottom line is always eating less calories than you burn.

Awesome! Must be very rewarding to see how your 12 months of hard work has paid off!

Another vote for "starvation mode". Second place "demon sugar"

LOL, I have done this too! Not for a while now though. Right now I have a jar of Justin's Maple Almond Butter on my desk. No kidding, I scoop it out on my finger and eat it. Don't get me started on Reese's "mini" peanut butter cups. I can not have those around at all. Really, my only trigger food that I will sit and eat…

Agreed. The boiling of the dough before baking gives the bagel that texture that makes it so good. There is really no comparison to commercially prepared ones. Too bad they are so calorie dense.

Cook from scratch and use spices/herbs to season. Prepackaged meals, restaurants, fast food, all have added sodium/sugar, and some things have quite a bit added.
