The cafeteria to be open so I can get some hot food. Also warm feet.

@newbie2143 Actually part of why I joined MFP is because I'm intolerant to iron supplements in all forms other than like a multivitamin with only 44% in it. I need more than 100% so I need to get as much as I can from diet and keeping track of that and similar while switching vegetarian was why I found MFP.
-
Early usually, often around 400-500 calories to start off then I'll stagger the rest through the day as snacks or light meals since I'm busy with my art and writing.
-
So I've reorganized and reformatted my things to be more relevant to the semester start and add some stuff I'd like to start tracking here (also separated it into categories because it looks nicer) Date: January 16th, 2017 Food:* Logged food intake: Yes, under calorie goal * Met personal iron goal: Almost but no * Got at…

I'm trying again to be vegetarian after the last few cycles having to be stopped due to health issues since I have nutrition issues and am intolerant to some supplement types - I'm hoping that with more supportive people and using MFP to track my micros now though I can figure something out. I'd love to be friends!

@arkowalyshyn Hello! I'm glad to hear that, you seem like a good parent. Well I suppose first of all I guess I'd say it's good to work on developing the attitude that being nonverbal is not bad and being verbal is not in some way better than being nonverbal either! And it can really affect one's self esteem and view of…

@yayamom3 Sorry! Sometimes I think I've replied to thinks but them I actually haven't. I'm going to spoiler this since it's really long, I tried to summarize it as much as I could though (hopefully while remaining understandable throughout) and feel free to ask any further questions or confusions you have! Via PM if you'd…

Everyone's back and the campus is getting too busy for me to do challenges especially as self-conscious as I am so I think I'll have to drop for now and do other kinds of exercises instead, though hopefully I'll find a way and be able to catch up later on. It was nice to do this while I could though.

I find cold things are nice in the morning personally, how about snacking on some frozen berries or other kinds of frozen fruit on your way to work? A canned peach half and something like yoghurt or granola in a small container could also be nice!

Some 85% or over dark chocolate or dates are good (just like one or two pieces usually though)
-
Generally I've found folks appreciate things they like personally most. Say a guy likes chocolate getting him chocolate, a guy likes art getting him art stuff, etc. You can always wrap it in some valentines themed paper or similar if you'd like it to be clearly for valentines day as well.

Well I mean I've used both clothpads and cups and while I eventually decided I much prefer cups (cloth pads are a pain to wash unless you can do a laundry like every day of your period, though I assume with lighter flow it's easier) both have been fine to use for a variety of activities. Both do take some getting used to…

@Louise1491 I primarily write on my phone or my eraserboard depending on what's most practical! (for example in a classroom setting the larger writing of an eraserboard is easier for folks to see from a distance and teachers sometimes have good reasons for no phone use like their own accommodations) I also use expressions,…

I believe there's several entries in the food database titled just 'Misc.' so maybe you could enter just however much of that you need to complete your food diary on your fasting days.

There is indeed! A fair amount actually though not everyone chooses to use a label for their own. Gender's an incredibly varied thing and the concept itself can differ greatly between cultures and individuals and concept of a the binary being as established as it is is more of a result of colonialism than anything.…
