  • Keep focussed on what you CAN have, not on what you can't... My best starting point was focussing on having my 5-a-day of fruit and veg and actually made them 0 Cal in my diary (only for the recommended portions, anything more is counted) so that I was encouraged to have those in preference to something less healthy...…
